All cottages are fully equipped with bedding, towels, cutlery and crockery … each with their own fireplace.
The Groenberg mountain cottages at the top have a serene atmosphere with spectacular views over the valley – close to a fresh water dam with scenic bird life and fynbos.
Families with children enjoy the cottages close to the farmyard with its goats, kids, peacocks, chickens and bass fishing dam. Ample lawns under shady trees make for safe playing and braaiing.

BASS COTTAGE A large house cottage for 4-6 people
3 bedrooms (1 double with ensuite bathroom and 2 single rooms with a separate bathroom). Sleeps 4 people. Plus an extra, outside room for two people.
Large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen – all with large windows and breathtaking views, ample natural light.
Double doors onto a large veranda with never-ending views across the valleys – and the majestic Limiet mountain range with its scenic changes, depending on the weather. Double doors onto a large carport for two cars.
Five minutes to the dam and hiking trail in the fynbos hills of Groenberg nature reserve. The spectacular dam at the foot of Groenberg is filled with fresh mountain water in an exceptional natural setting with trees, water birds and reeds. Ideal for swimming, picnics, hiking, photography and bass fishing – on a catch and release basis, with the correct safety fish hook.
OWL COTTAGE Sleeps 4 people
A cosy, smaller cottage, close to the larger Bass cottage. Two bedrooms with single beds, sleeps 4 people, 1 bathroom. Roomy open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with natural light streaming in from large windows with scenic surroundings. Double doors onto a veranda with views on the dam and the adjacent Limiet mountain range with its scenic changes, depending on the weather.
