Nature’s blessing to Foxenburg’s cheese is the high Groenberg mountain terrain with its fynbos and indigenous flora which adds a beautiful flavour to our goat milk.
The high mountain location benefits cheese maturation and enhances the aroma of the milk … you will taste the distinct flavours and textures so typical of Foxenburg’s cheeses.
Our cheeses are made from 100% whole goat milk … free of artificial preservatives, hormones and antibiotics.
